Prayer is a Gift: Philippians 4:6-7

We were not made to worry, but it can be very easy to worry - about telling friends, about going to events or doing things you used to do with your loved one without them, about experiencing emotions at a bad time, etc. Yet, even in such a time of loss and heartache, we can always go to God with our concerns and leave them at His feet. We can find little things to be thankful for and present every thought, worry, request, and burst of thankfulness to Him for our own benefit, taking worries off of our shoulders, and because He truly listens.
